The company collects the following personal information for membership registration, customer inquiries, and service provision.

A. We use 'cookies' to store and periodically retrieve usage information in order to provide personalized services.
B. Cookies are small pieces of information that the server (http) used to operate the website sends to the user's computer browser, and are also stored on the hard disk of the user's PC computer.
- Purpose of cookies : Cookies are used to analyze users’ visits to each service and website, usage patterns,
popular search terms, and security access status, in order to provide optimized information to users.

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes
A. Verification of identity, personal identification, delivery of notices, responses to inquiries, and smooth provision of membership-based services.
B. However, the Company does not collect sensitive personal information that may infringe upon users’ fundamental human rights,
such as race or ethnicity, ideology or beliefs, place of origin, political orientation or criminal records, health status, or sexual life.
A. The Company processes and retains personal information within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
B. Each category of personal information is destroyed once the purpose of collection or provision has been fulfilled, as follows:
- Membership registration information: Upon withdrawal from membership or expulsion
- Information collected for quotation or reservation purposes: Until the user expresses refusal
C. Notwithstanding the above, if it is necessary to retain information for a certain period pursuant to relevant laws
such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company retains such information for the following periods.
- Records required as evidence in litigation or disputes: 10 years
- Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
- Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- Records related to payment and settlement: 5 years
The Company, in principle, destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
A. Destruction procedure
Personal information entered by users for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet in the case of paper documents)
after the purpose has been achieved. Such information is stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) and then destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.
B. Destruction method
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
The Company does not use users’ personal information beyond the scope notified under “Items of Personal Information Collected and Purpose of Collection” and “Purpose of Use of Personal Information,”
nor does it provide such information to third parties, except with the user’s consent or as required by relevant laws.
However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
- When users have given prior consent
- When necessary for billing and settlement related to service provision
- When necessary for the performance of a contract (e.g., product delivery/installation, service operations)
- When there are sufficient grounds to determine that disclosure of customer information
is required to take legal action due to mental or material harm caused to others
- When required by relevant laws or when requested by investigative agencies in accordance with legally prescribed procedures for investigative purposes
- When personal information necessary for the performance of a service contract
cannot practically be obtained through ordinary consent due to economic or technical reasons
A.Users may view or modify their registered personal information at any time and may request termination of membership.
B.To view or modify personal information, users may access “Edit Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information”),
and to withdraw consent or cancel membership, users may click “Membership Withdrawal” and complete the identity verification process.
C.If users contact the Personal Information Manager in writing, by phone, or by email, the Company will take action without delay.
D.If a user requests correction of errors in personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information
until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party,
the Company will promptly notify the third party of the correction results.
E.Personal information terminated or deleted at the user’s request is processed in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period of
Personal Information Collected by the Company” and is protected from access or use for any other purpose.
F.In the case of children under the age of 14, legal representatives have the right to view
or modify the child’s personal information and to withdraw consent for its collection and use.
