With the enactment of the Machinery and Equipment Act—covering design and construction standards, the appointment of maintenance managers,
and the mandatory implementation of performance inspections—phased in from April 18, 2021, it has become legally required to verify
whether machinery and equipment installed and operated in buildings and various industrial facilities are being managed in compliance
with prescribed maintenance standards. Our organization inspects and verifies such compliance in order to contribute to public safety
and health, as well as to the efficient use of energy. In addition, we serve as an organization that evaluates the machinery and equipment management
capabilities of maintenance managers appointed by building owners or operators. As stipulated by Presidential Decree, we meet requirements
that exceed those applied to maintenance managers, including higher-level technical personnel and precision inspection equipment.
We are officially registered with the Mayor of a Special Self-Governing City, the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province, or the relevant Mayor,
County Governor, or District Head, and we conduct statutory performance inspections on behalf of the management entity (owner or manager).
A. Check the technical standards of the mechanical equipment design document before the start of the construction of the client

B. Detailed inspection: Regarding the maintenance guidelines, the status table of the machinery and equipment subject to inspection, the functional inspection results, and the review items for the machinery and equipment subject to inspection
Refer to tax review matters during detailed inspection of machinery and equipment, use 21 types of equipment, and conduct detailed inspections at least once a year.

1) Buildings with a total floor area of 10,000 square meters or more among buildings classified by purpose (hereinafter referred to as "buildings by use") classified in accordance with Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Building Act
Buildings (excluding apartment houses and warehouse facilities pursuant to Items 2 and 18 of the same paragraph)
2) Apartment houses (hereinafter referred to as "apartment houses") pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 2, Item 2 of the Building Act that fall under any of the following items:
A. Apartment houses with more than 500 units
B. Apartment houses with more than 300 households with centralized heating (including district heating methods)
3) Articles 14, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Machinery and Equipment Act Buildings, etc. designated and notified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in consideration of the scale of the buildings, etc.
